Fan Club Member Wins Call from Chris

Congratulations to Stephanie from Fresno, CA who won a phone call from Chris Brown. Here's what happened:

"When Chris called I just talked to him like a regular guy. At first, I wanted to scream, but I had that out of my system before 4th period.

Anywho, we were just talking, I was smiling during the whole conversation. We had asked each other how we're doing and he said he was just working on the album and all. He asked how old I was, that I'm a junior and if I had his Exclusive album. I told him what my favorite songs were, and he and I both liked Lottery. =] I loved it when he said "That's what's up". Chris just sounded so hot haha. Chris is a real cool and humble guy to talk to. We've talked about his performance and how I learned to dance routines like him the way he learned how to dance like Michael Jackson. The way he explained how he learned was the exact way I caught on with him. He told me that him and Michael Jackson talked about working on a track someday in the future as well, which I think is heckka cool. Between the tour dates, he wasn't exactly sure what day, but he mentioned he might be coming down here again to Fresno, Ca and hope that I will come see the show. Of course!

We pretty much just talked about that. I'm glad I got the chance to talk with Chris. For reals, he's cool. Thank you Chris, the Fan Club, All Access."

About Me

  • Less than two years ago, he was the 16-year-old boy next door, a teenager from the small town of Tappahannock, VA (population: 2,000), with a world of talent and big dreams, fueled by the artists he grew up with, from Sam Cooke, Stevie Wonder and Donnie Hathaway to Michael Jackson and Usher. Now, with the release of Exclusive, his sophomore album for Jive Records, Chris Brown is ready to take his place alongside those heroes. “Exclusive is something that not everybody can get,” he says, explaining the title. “I feel it’s an album especially for my fans. It’s not for the critics or the haters… or people that get it just to fit in. It’s only for those who truly want to hear my music.” Exclusive is the follow-up to his self-titled debut, released in November 2005, which debuted at #2 in Billboard and was recently certified double-platinum, having sold 1.9 million copies in the U.S. and more than three million worldwide.
